Which Xampp Version is best For revcms

I know that when you have 1.7.7 that you got with all cms many off errors so you need to download 17.1
but xampp 1.7.1 don't work for RevCMS
Which is the best

I think not?

I may be incorrect but I use 1.7.4 on all my computers and RevCMS works 100% without updating anything.

But use 1.7.3 just in case!

But all time i download that at the last there comes 'Some files dont can be created " < Something like that
And then Xampp isn't installed

Im not sure, i have never come across this error before, but i have used 1.7.3 since it came out and Rev works perfectly for me on it.
