Kinda depends on your own perspective to be honest, I have heard good things about both of them. I have not looked into Plus EMU myself but there is exploits in Gold Tree EMU (But not exploits that are known by public) many hotels run on GoldTree so it is okay ^_^ If you are looking to own a big hotel, you better learn to code C# because there is no such thing as a table, exploit free EMU
