Where to edit Mod Tool icon in Emulator

Hey, if anyone knows where to go in the emulator source to change this icon/remove it. I want to change the image and contents of it to something more relative to the theme of my emulator.

its not in emulator, its one of the ccts, not 100% which one, but i have a feeling its the hh_interface.cct
If your going to edit the .cct, your gonna need macromedia MX 2004
