Where is the setting to limit coins per 15minutes/hour?

Hey. Im using PlusEmu R2 and BrainCMS. I think I have coins per 1 hour, and I want to change it to 15 minutes and also I want to change how much you get. Where is it located? Haven't found. Thanks.
