Where is the RevCMS 3 download thread?

I'm looking to download RevCMS 3 beta but I can't find the thread. I've looked here:

but it has the old releases. I've searched Google and only found leaked versions. Where is the real one?

It was removed for the time being. I think it was due to the amount of bugs within the CMS.
