Where is permission table?

I am using FluxEMU which is based on PlusEmu, now I can't find the correct table from database to edit ranks permissions, are they coded in Emu or are they hided in weird named table?

Flux emu is not based off of plus emu. The released version of flux is based on reality and should be in something called ranks, or permission groups. The new flux rp emulator will be based off plus emu
