Where do I put the swfs folder?

I was using this as a tutorial

but it doesn't specifically say where to put the swfs folder. It say put them in your htdocs, so I put them in the htdocs folder but it didn't work. Am I supposed to put the folder in there are go into the swfs folder put all the files in the swfs folder in the htdocs folder?

You download the swfs, put the swfs folder in your htdocs folder and edit the external_variables.
