Where can I find CMS, Emulator & SWFs?

Before anyone says "look on Google" or "search the forum", I have but haven't found quite what I need. Here's what I'm looking for:

• A good CMS which has PayPal integration to allow automatic payments meaning if a user purchases credits via PayPal, I want them to automatically get them after payment.
• Whatever is a great emulator to use right now. I have been away from the Habbo Retro community for a while and I have no idea what I'm looking for with the emulator.
• The best and latest SWFs with all up-to-date clothes, furniture, etc.
