The newest version of HoloCMS is the most efficient one, you just have to learn how to setup the HoloCMS without errors/find the errors, patch the exploits and it should be stable and running for you as good as ever. Unfortunately this is all the help i can provide you as i personally prefer PHPRetro when it comes to v26.
