What to upload?

So I have my YouTube channel which just recently hit 305 subscribers.
But I am having a bit of trouble, I am not sure what I should upload.

So basically, I don't have a Capture Card (due to low funds), but I do have Bandicam screen recorder for my PC.
I am considering doing PC gaming, but all the games I have are GTA SA & Minecraft.
Though I am terrible at Minecraft, so I can't really upload much there.

Just a question, what type of game plays can I do with GTA SA or even Minecraft that you guys think people would watch?
Or is there even something else I can do that people will watch that is on my PC?

Any help with this would be appreciated, as I am clueless on what to upload/record.

There's already plenty of people recording their MC gameplay. If you want apart of MC I think you're going to need to animation videos or something very original.
