They're all >1gb and I don't have any mother boards (with working CPUs) that support IDE. I already have a FreeNAS server too, it only has 3tb but I don't need more than that.

You can't take a hard drives space and put it on your current PC, the only way to use it is to open the case of your PC and properly connect it.
You can't just magically steal the space from one hard drive and put it on another
