Like when I do:

Any you just have to add em yourself if they are not added in,
if they are added in, fix the commands permissions, in you're database, such as :enable :sitush :spull set all to rank 2, if this is you're Vip rank.
Most of the times its set to a different VALUE, if you need more support.
