Correct, make sure you do install the correct components. It is usually WinSocks.dll or something? lol.

Alot of the time, it's mswinsck.ocx.

I think the few OCX files you need are:
MSWINSCK.ocx
MSINET. ocx
richtx32.ocx

However, there may be more, I don't know
