No you don't, they give you an IP and use that for your IP, you don't need to portforward

Billing cycle:
annually = once a year
quarterly = four times a year
sem-annually = twice a year
monthly = once a month
OS Template: If you're buying a linux VPS [don't it wont work] there are tons of options
I recommend buying a windows VPS because habbo emulators will NOT work

NS means nameserver, you may put anything random there I'm sure.. You will/can use them to propagate your domain with your VPS' ip.
Root password is the password to access all the options in your vps/cpanel whatever...
I'm unsure with hostname though, or you can put anything random there I guess.
