The NS1 and NS2 is if you're using your VPS as a webhost, so you can set up a website
along with the hostname,
root password is for when you log into your VPS using ssh/rdc/control panel

Okay, well you don't really need those. but i suggest still setting them up and remembering in case you change your mind.

Billing cycle:
annually = once a year
quarterly = four times a year
sem-annually = twice a year
monthly = once a month
OS Template: If you're buying a linux VPS [don't it wont work] there are tons of options
I recommend buying a windows VPS because habbo emulators will NOT work

You can enter anything into those boxes to be honest!
If you'd like just type in "localhost" on all those but for the password put in the password of your choice.

Best of luck!

NS means nameserver, you may put anything random there I'm sure.. :rolleyes: You will/can use them to propagate your domain with your VPS' ip.
Root password is the password to access all the options in your vps/cpanel whatever...
I'm unsure with hostname though, or you can put anything random there I guess.
