What do i need to know to run a Habbo Retro

What do i need to know to run a Hotel if your going to say ''not to be you'' or ''If you asking this don't make one'' i am looking to FIND what i need to run one and what Coding do i need to know php,html what else do i need to know as i want to know how to run a retro and be called a noob anymore.

You need to know java, php, html and c# if you want to edit your emulator
You need to know how to setup IIS / xampp
You need to know how to setup a proxy
You need to know how to allow ports
You need to know how to make customs/edit the database
You need to know how to add badges
You need to know how to find exploits

1) You need to know how to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
2) You need to know c# to add extra features to your emu; things like html css php to edit your cms to your taste
3) You need to learn how to setup xampp or iis
4) You need to be familiar around your database
5) You need knowledge of sqls and swfs to edit your hotel
6) You need some form of experience with gfx
7) You need proper advertisement
8) You need to be updated and have the newest furni, habbo build, enables etc..
