What did 2011 mean to DevBest?

As the year draws to and end, we can look back at how it has been significant here at DevBest. It has been a big year for DevBest, over the course of 12 months, the userbase has practically doubled, moderators have came and left, and we're even now using a new forum software. I think we can all agree that DevBest has grown beyond everyone's expectations, after all, the forum only really established itself for the first time in April 2010. And although the users remain largely Habbo orientated, new sections such as Minecraft have been added. We have saw the introduction of the Community Projects section which in turn spurred the rise of Kryptos' very successful content management system, RevCMS.

We have seen the entrance and exit of myself and raz0r. from the staff team, we also unfortunately saw the loss of Zeus (iDream). It's not all bad though, only recently have we seen the addition of several new moderators, m0nsta., Jpk, Tweeney, Olympian and Donkey who have done a great job so far. Kieren has been promoted to the rank of Super Moderator so we should all congratulate him on the time and effort he put in to achieve that position.

This year has progressed so much here at Devbest. To me it's not just a forum were we post and for myself to moderate but I've grew some great friendships with a lot of members here inside the community. It'll be always my number one forum.
