Welcome Message

I know, noob question probably:

I am using PlusEMU (Sledmore's) and can't find where to edit the welcome message. I see in server_settings I have the ability to activate it, so I did change the value and made it 1. But two problems:

1. I still don't see it when I reload, is this only for new users?
2. How do I change the text within the welcome message?

Under server_settings in the database edit the value to the message you want, the description field is purely a label.
Once you've done that, use the command :update config
Re-enter the hotel and your new welcome message should now be displayed!

In server_settings you'll see welcome_message then a column for the value next too it, in here write your welcome message you wish users to see. If this cell is null no welcome message will appear. See the screenshot included if youre stuck.
