Can you tell me what Emulator you're using please?
As this may depend on whether it's a database table or has to be directly edited in the emulator.

Room.SendMessage(new ChatComposer(ThisUser.VirtualId, "Welcome " + Habbo.Username + ", To Hebbo Hotel.", 0, 33));

Then edit to what you want to say.
