Wanted to make R59 UberCMS help!

SO i tried to make a uberCMS R59 everything seems to be working but this;

I changed $this->SetParam('web_build', '63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/137');

But its still not working help please!

I've had this happen to me, A lot of times. I've always just tried to re-install it, But there must be a problem with the images. On the CSS it probably isn't linked to the images folder.

I really do not know,
