WabboCMS - Tabs?!

I am getting very frustrated not knowing how to change the color on the tabs but I knew how to when I first started using this. I know a lot of you guys are going to say just use RevCMS and what not but idgaf. I like the theme and I chose to stay with it and all I need to know is how to change the tab I have been looking through the css file and I cant find it even the tabs.png or .gif I can't find so I am kind of at a frustrating point so if anyone can help that will be great.

Do you use google chrome? If so right click the tabs and inspect the element then look at the CSS should show an image background link, follow the link and find out where the image for the tabs is.
