Vps transfering

Hey well i was thinking of transfering my vps to a different company for many reasons. Well i was about to do it but then though how would i transfer my mysql db for the hotel to the new one. Well can anyone help me out with transfering the db to the new one if i buy the new one?

Goto where you db is and then click export it should then download.

Im not sure transferring a vps to a different company is the same as moving domains to a new registrar.

You will most likely need to buy a new vps, and move all of your content over to the new one, and then cancel you current vps plan.
As Rory said, in phpmyadmin you export all of your database and save it as a .sql or .txt for that matter, then simply upload it when you get your new host

There may be some downtime on your hotel due to the dns changes (normally upto 48 hours)

I just bought a vps from thrustvps but for some reason i cant connect to the RDP. I booted it all up and installed an os but gives me and error trying to connect to RDP.
