I have bought a VPS last night and all works all fine but how to make my hotel public, I have already a domain name so..

If you purchased a domain, you will need to edit the DNS records to point to wherever your website is hosted. There are some tutorials around for this.
Using IIS? By default port 80 should be opened, but you'll also need your hotel connection ports to be enabled.

Open up start, click administrative tools, click firewall, then open up new ports using second.

Make sure they are tcp and udp.
