[VPS] Oops chrome can't connect to {myhotel} [HELP]

Hello, my hotel is hosted on a VPS and sometimes it says:

Apart from the .zapto.org URL, I tried going to the VPS's IP but still didn't work. Can anyone find a fix for me? Thanks a lot!
