Ive bought an vps and i can download stuff and etc i need help to
take it off cause live support isn't contacing me back or emailing me
so if anyone know how to take off please reply to this theard

Detail:Ive purchased an vps and i wont let me download anything On there and people
is saying its because the firewall is up And live support is'nt open or nothing

Can you give us a screen shot to what it says when you try and download? thanks.

It Says "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded'

And it says that on every download you try, correct? a screen shot would really help us on what the download get's up to.
it could also be because your VPS does not support downloads but ill try and find out for you what VPS where did you get it?

Download Google chrome and download i had the same problems

And also, i would advise you to send a support ticket to your service provider and explain the situation them.
