its not the real ip btw, its proxy ip

Ask your proxy provider if they send a header pertaining to the users original IP, because it would appear that they're not sending it via "HTTP_X_REAL_IP".

Visitor's IPs should be correctly displaying real IP's already.
It's set at our proxy end to do that." That is the answere that I got..
