Virtual Vs. Physical School?

Pros:
Better Education
More 1 on 1 help
Better overall help and higher gpas....
Cons:
No social Life unless you have outside friends (but you dont go to school for friends)
Internet goes out? YOUR FUCKED
Easy to get behind if you dont pay attention....

I like physical school. for many reasons. I'll edit this later and put them in

-harder to goof off (benifits learning)
-Internet goes out NO problem
-Better social life

I see it as you don't go to school for a social life. You get a sport or some extracurricular thing. And if your a decent student its not that hard to goof off,you work at your own pace. And to be quite honest are you not goofing off atm? NAUGHTy GO BACK TO CLASS!

'Physical school', you meet new people and teachers, learn how to make friends and develop a personality, learn how to coexist with other people on a day-to-day basis, etc.

'Virtual School'... I guess you'd get more attention and you can be comfortable as you are in your own house, I see no reason how you could get better grades with it, it makes absolutely no sense.

This is a very excellent point. But when i switched from physical to virtual i found myself able to work at my own pace, and i was able to call my teachers up at any time. I had some difficulties having only 45 minutes in physical school to get the whole lot of information about the subject. Whereas in virtual school i dint get something i called the teacher up. I caleld one of my teachers at 1:30 a.m and she wouldn't hang up until i got it. Thats the difference. I guess until your actually in virtual school you just dont know.

I guess you could say I've done "virtual school". Although, I personally would never recommend it as you miss out on so much when you're just sitting there at the computer, and not being able to socialise with people at school, etc. Sure, it allows you to work at your own pace, and it allowed me to graduate high school four months early. But in retrospect, there's more important things than that. I'd have rather finished high school in a traditional school setting, and have had that experience, because at the end of the day, that's all that matters.

Everybody has their own opinions, i was able to do 7th and 8th grade last year in 6 months, and im heading to do 9th and 10th about 1 month slower, but I like and everyones different.
