VIP/HC room bugg help me !!

yes people if i want creat a hc or vip room on my own hotel i get this one:

I don't know why ? and i have a vip !! if people want vip they must ask me for a vip and i give them a vip via housekeeping. and my hotel have not a VIP shop by the way i have a deltacms/mozillacms ! please help me

That's nothing to do with VIP. It's all to do with "Habbo Club" on your hotel.
