What do you mean by VIP? HC VIP or some VIP like Super VIP?

What rank number is that? Let's keep if it's 2. So go to the page that you want only for Super VIP, and in minimum_rank area, put 2 instead of 1. Then say :update_catalogue in the hotel and now only Super VIP users can access that page
