This post really doesn't strike me as well-written due to the lack of time you took to use spellcheck? I honestly write better than this post when I'm not talking business. I also think your ambitions are a bit high seeings as you didn't specify if you're using your own infrastructure or if you're just another OVH re seller (probably this one in this case). I also think for starting off a new business that you are setting your need for staff a bit high when you should be focused more on the products you are selling and the prices of which you are offering them and as to why customers would go to you over somewhere like xHosts, HostSavor, and/or OVH itself?
