Users Online Error

It was working just fine on Evo Hotel but when I opened a new hotel / new vps with the exact same stuff (BUT WITH IIS INSTEAD OF XAMPP) the emulator isn't recording when a user goes offline so the online tables is always saying '1'

Maybe because the EMU or the CMS Isn't destroying the session?

Yeah Idk its weird, only started happening when I used IIS
