Go to

Your_Database > items > Look for the Item you want to remove > Delete it

then reset your EMU, it should work

to remove 1 peice of furni out of a specific users inventory alone isnt possible to my knowledge. You can eather clear that users entire inventory or remove the furni from the hotel.
