To get an acc username you have too see how old the acc is, If they havent logged in since 2010 maybe. But some inactive ones login sometimes! You wont be able to get that username its active.

yeah i know buddy, but i've clicked on the persons name and they haven't be active since they have made their account and they have no posts and no picture

Still the account was last active on 2017 so you probably wont get it.
