User Not Being Created?

hey guys, I was sorting out my register page and changing it and I found one that didn't work, so i reverted back to my old one.. I now have a problem that i've never experienced before? I try and register an account and when i click register it redirects me to /me but it's like the account was never created? it doesn't have the username or anything and it doesn't get created in the users table?
