[URGENT] Index can't login

Recently, I just changed my index page. I did not change my working register. When I did all the things I need to do, the index work but I cannot login. However, I could register. Therefore I know it is my index page problem. Please I need urgent help. This is my current site.

Try a different index, anyways your index seems like adventure game.

Are you sure there's a form and that you have also given the inputs of the username and password the correct name attribute?
