Urgent Help - Vps Help

Hello Devbnest i need some help i made my retro on my vps & setup the config to the ip i set it ass the vps ip the login 1 and i did everything it should have been done to make a retro but when i search my vps ip is dnt work it say something on a page like this

  So i tryed to go to localhost bla bla bla ive done all my htdocs etc and stuff yannoe all the config put my ip in and shit put my local host also brings up​
