that's a VPS problem and shouldn't be asked about on devbest mate, ask your vps provider/submit a support ticket

Trying using the KVM (in your vps control panel), then try it on remote desktop.

Either try what cammy said or you can try rebooting it

Reboot or try reinstalling the OS. Looks like a host issue regardless.

It's a new security update for Windows Server I believe

You can hotfix this with a key change in the registry, Should be able to do this via VNC, if not like said above log a support ticket and they'll be able to do this for you
