Uploading Azure Database fail?

Hey guys.
I got some error that i cannot upload Azure Database sql.
Help me?

There is another way in attempting this method,

Steps to do so:

1. Locate where your Database SQL
2. Edit using Notepad++ (Right click and you will see) - Depending if you have notepad++
3. Copy all of the existing data inside there (CTRL + A Then Copy all of it)
4a) If you use localhost/phpmyadmin - Click your database, click SQL located at the top, and paste what you copied in there and click 'Go'
4b) If you are using Navicat, open your created database up, and click Query, and paste it in there and click 'Run'.

This could do the trick.
