Ubercms weird text

There's a text above that says:

Notice: Undefined index: footer_links in C:\xampp\htdocs\global.php on line 50

Why is it there and how do i get it away?

What I did was I deleted the ones on line 120, 121 and 50. Before you delete those lines, save a copy of the file. Just to make sure nothing happens.
