First of all, UberEMU is one of the oldest EMU's out there. There are a lot of new emu's out here, like Phoenix or RevEMU. There are also some basic releases of Butterfly EMU.

As for the CMS, I guess there is something wrong in your config file. Try to use RevCMS instead of UberCMS (it has exploits).

Havn't messed around with UberCMS in a while, all I know is that it is a web build error. and to number 2, To set up your emu to your client, just turn your emu on and make sure that the ports are the same for the client and the emu config
