Ubercms client keeps reloading

Hello

Just installed Ubercms and followed this tutorial

You must be registered for see links

I did everything but the client just keeps reloading
First of all it goes to hotelview and then if i wait a couple of minutes the habbo logo shows and it loads agian .

(the emulator is up and working fine)

what should i do ?
