So The Banner Across The Top Has an Annoying Color, Light blue.. I Want to Change It.​

Okay first go to: inc folder and than after go to tpl folder and after that you will need to looking for a file called: head-overrides-generic.tpl and when you find it open it with notepad. And search on the notepad (CTRL + F) and look for this #B8DBEB thats the color of that you want to change. And after go to google and search "HTML Colors" and it will come up alot of sites just click one of the links and it will be a color and a HTML code like #B8DBEB etc look for a nice color and copy the html code and replace it with this #B8DBEB. And than save and it will works!
