Uber not onnecting to Phoenix

I'm currently having problems with my Uber as it loads to the hotel view and sticks. Nothing is picked up on the EMU either.
Ports 30000 and 30001 have been opened already.

Über cms doesn't work with Phoenix unless you have the special uber that was converted. And you need a Phoenix database for the uber one

It is a converted one with a working Phx database.
