Uber 2.0 on IIS and NaviCat

Hello guys,

Can anyone set up uber 2.0 for me using iis and navicat?

I have never used them before and they are giving me errors.

Example; I can't import butterfly db in to navi cat and IIS 7.5 gives me errors.

So please could you help me or tell me what version a of XAMPP to use. Thanks
