step12: minimize htdocs
step13: go back to downloads extract phoenix php to htdocs
step14: then open your internet browser
step15: and go to

step20: password is the password you set
step21: create database called phoenix3
step22: go across to import file
step23: click choose file
step24: locate habbo retro folder you created

step30: edit the config file
step31: type localhost in your webbrowser

step39: and change rank number to 7

step41: go back to your habbo retro

Use some screenshots.

I reccomend not using XAMPP.
Use RevCMS or UberCMS.
Do not use hamachi. Devbest doesn't support them.
Host your own SWF's.

I don't advice PhoenixPHP unless you're able to solve them all them I'm always pleased to give you the mirror where you can download it and further wish you luck with fixing and patching it all up.

I'd actually advice you RevCMS and actually just because it's easy to work on and easy to add your own things on so I'd rather advice RevCMS over PhoenixPHP.

As for the tutorial: It's a good tutorial but as said before you need to make screen-shots and you may just want to be more informal about doing certain things. Also to remove the passwords because you'll get people to ask if you can give them the password which is a waste of time when you can just download it on other sites without having to put a password,
