Try filling in youre mysql.ini because you need to add the following

[Database] = Youre database of phpmyadmin
[Password[ = Youre password of phpmyadmin
And some more

Best tutorial out, I was asked by a user that there cms isnt working, when they didnt even create a db. Lol, thanks for this tutorial, can provide that person with some stuff :)

Pmsl! You copied this TUT from my friend Sam(iZoom) i can tell by the pictures if you're going to do a tut dont copy images etc...PMSL!!!...And The Link Doesnt Work To The PHP Retro: 5} PHPRetro 4.0.10 Stable
