If you downloaded the correct one from my rapidshare, there should be a config.php, the php.ini and Webdav folder is in your actual XAMPP folder. If you have anymore issues feel free to contact me.

It doesen't have to be Hamachi. If you don't want to use hamachi, you can either buy some VPS or host by using your computer.
But i would recommend buying VPS so you don't lag your computer or someone elses. If you would like to use your computer. Use Google.
If you wanna buy VPS then search on Google for the cheapest + best value there is for your hotel.
