Please make sure your emulator is turned on and that the corrects ports are open so it could accept your connection.

ok, im trying to run my v19 hotel the best i can and gonna host my own DCR's. Im using wamp but theres no htdocs. So where do i put the files ???

Save the DCRs on your Htdocs

I downloaded v26 DCRs but I can't find any in the rar file.
