I would love to post positive impact about your logo but like;/ it looks really ugly im sorry, - Mainly due to like the background isn't transparent and also its very blurry. If it didn't have like any black background bits then i'd like it, (I really do hate backgrounds on logos),

The colors look terriable. Cyan and Blue do not match.
As you said yourself, its blurry.
I dislike the shadow/border what ever that is. Around the text [the cyan].. Looks like a light.. which looks bad.

But anyways since this is your first im sure your improve a lot in the future.

For your first attempt, I guess it's not that bad. I used to make logos in MS Paint.

Although, why is it so blurry? Generally you want a logo to be clean and smooth.
