TheHabbos votes not counting?

I have a API set up on my client, and it all works where you click the animal as labeled and you enter, but my votes are not working. I go on thehabbos.org and I'm placed #108 on the site... I get 8 - 20 users online daily, and I don't understand. The hotel above me has been down for 2 weeks and I'm going down in my rank, I believe the votes aren't processing. The config.php is all filled out correctly, but why aren't my votes processing?

i think its a glitch.

Your votes are being counted; the spot you have on thehabbos is from your average in-votes so if you have only just started it might take a bit for you to move up.
