TheHabbos.ORG API Set-Up Help Request

Hello everyone, I've recently downloaded thehabbos.org newest version of their .API however I need a detailed explanation on how to add this, I'd be extremely greatfull if you could reply with the help I need. Thanks

1) Upload the contents of the Upload Folder into your hotel's root.
2) Open /upload/thehabbos_api/config.php
3) Change $CONFIG['Username'] to your TheHabbos Topsites username.
4) Change $CONFIG['URL'] to the location of api.php on your website (i.e.

).
5) Save changes to following file: thehabbos_api/config.php and re-upload
6) On your own CMS, change the popup client to go to api.php instead of client.php.
7) You should now recieve more votes each day!

there is no client.php to change it's all client/ i've changed them i open client the link is
